Sport System's COVID-19 Procedures:
All customers are required to wear a mask at all times within the store. If you don't have one we are happy to provide one for you. No exceptions.
Sport Systems will be operating at limited capacity. Entry to the store will be through our main entrance. We ask that all bike inquiries enter through the bike shop entrance located on the south end of the building
There will social spacing X's on the ground leading to the store entrance and to all registers
We have plexiglass shields in front of all registers & contactless credit card processing at checkout
We are constantly disinfecting all surfaces throughout the store throughout the day
We require you to wear your own socks if trying on boots, otherwise you will need to purchase a new pair. No try-on socks will be provided.
Our boot fitting areas are divided with plexiglass partitions for social distancing and overall safety
On certain anticipated busier days (such as sale days) a greeter will regulate the flow of traffic entering the store. If you are looking to purchase ski or snowboard equipment, they will get you on a waitlist to get you paired up with a sales associate in that department
We are limiting our Ski and Snowboard departments to 1 customer per sales associate to give you the best service while limiting our capacity in those departments and maintaining safe distancing
- We are limiting our store to 10% of our maximum capacity & we are reducing staff out of an abundance of caution for our staff and customers.
