Rental & Season Lease Update
We know there have been a lot of questions about season lease and ski rental returns as the date is rapidly approaching, and many of you are wondering when you can return them and whether there will be late fees, etc. during the COVID-19 situation.
If you currently have rental equipment, we're asking that you hold onto it until we are able to open the store and receive those rentals back. Due to the current circumstances surrounding the coronavirus pandemic and Sport Systems being closed to the public, you won't be charged any late fees.
Our updated policy will be as follows: all rentals need to be returned within 30 days after we reopen and current rental periods have been extended until that point, without any fees. But don't worry -- we'll keep you updated as to when we'll reopen and reach out to you if we have questions.
