Alternative Ways to Shop Sport Systems

Our customers who do not feel comfortable shopping in-store may take advantage of our new contactless shop-from-home options.

 

We are doing our best to utilize technology in new ways to adapt and serve you!

Website - Shop Cycling Online (*Cycling Products Only)

Make sure to follow the instructions closely to ensure you are purchasing something that we currently have in-store through our "Shop Cycling" tab on our site!  

1.

Select “Shop Cycling” via the top navigation menu on our website (or by clicking the red link in this sentence); then select the category of the product you’re looking for.

Select “Filter" and filter by “In Store” to see the products we currently have in store. 

*Tip: If we don’t have what you are looking for in store, we may be able to special order it. Call us!

Shop! Add items to your cart & follow the secure checkout steps.

*Please note: Inventory reflected on our website may not be 100% up-to- date at the time of purchase. Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order.

Hang tight for a few minutes. An associate will bring your order out to you shortly!

Wait for us to call you when your order is ready for pickup, then head on over!When you arrive, park in a spot near the front entrance.

Zoom Meeting

Have your own personal assistant help you find what you’re looking for and guide you through the checkout process over a Zoom meeting. Here’s how:

  1. Call us at the general store number 505-837-9400.

  2. Let us know what you are looking for so we can transfer you over to the appropriate department.

  3. Tell the associate in that department what you are shopping for and that you would like to shop via Zoom meeting. 

  4. The associate will ask you for your email address so that they can send you a Zoom meeting link.

  5. Click on the link in the email and follow the instructions on your device screen. Stay on the phone with the associate until you are able to meet on Zoom so that they can help you troubleshoot if any issues arise. 

  6. Once you are able to see and hear the associate over Zoom, hang up the phone call.

  7. Shop with your own personal assistant at Sport Systems & see products live from the comfort of your home!

  8. The sales associate will help you through the checkout process over zoom once you have determined what you would like to purchase. Your products will be prepared for curbside pickup.


By Phone

Just give us a ring & we can talk with you to find the product you are looking for over the phone. We are able to take debit/credit card payments by phone & prepare your purchases for curbside pickup.
